We stand proudly behind the quality of our carpets.
If any A-Grade Nouwens carpet shows a proven manufacturing defect within 5 years of installation and does not meet satisfaction under normal use, we will repair or replace it.
If the original carpet range is unavailable, a carpet of similar value from our current collection may be chosen.
All claims are managed in line with the standard claims policy of South African Carpet Manufacturers.
Please note that this guarantee does not cover issues arising from improper installation or maintenance.
